General Resort Policies
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, Eagle’s Rest RV Resort maintains a set of resort policies designed to promote safety, cleanliness, and mutual respect. Guests are asked to review these guidelines prior to arrival and to follow them throughout their stay.
Reservation And Payment Policies
All reservations require a valid credit card number, even when paying with cash. Guests without a credit card must provide a valid driver’s license number and vehicle tag number at check-in. Rates are listed as “starting at” and may increase as site types fill. Any modification to an existing reservation may result in a higher rate. When booking full payment is due along as well as any booking fees.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made at least seven days prior to your original arrival date, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. In addition, any non-refundable credit card processing fees and reservation fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that once your reservation falls within seven days of the scheduled arrival date, refunds will not be issued. All applicable fees will be withheld in accordance with this policy.
Check-In And Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be provided during the reservation process or at arrival. Guests are encouraged to arrive during office hours for assistance with site placement and orientation.
Office hours are 8:00 am–8:00 pm (May–September)
Pet Policy
Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome in RV sites only. Pets are not permitted in cabins, glamping tents, shower facilities, or laundry rooms.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
Quiet Hours And Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to be respectful of neighboring sites at all times. Quiet hours are enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Any behavior that disrupts other guests or damages resort property may result in removal from the resort without refund.
Smoking Policy
All cabins and glamping tents are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and must be disposed of properly.
Safety And Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal property and for the conduct of all members of their party. Eagle’s Rest RV Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to follow posted safety signage and guidelines throughout the resort.
